My name is Ben Hensley and I am the founder of e3 Ski Academy. I am an Englishman living in Kitzbühel. Passionate about skiing and the mountains. I have been working full time in the industry for a decade. I started skiing in France before graduating from a ski instructor-training program in Canada. I then travelled the world, studying snowsports with various different national governing bodies. I am a fully qualified snowsports instructor and instructor trainer for two different national ski associations, despite this I have not finished trying to get better!
Skiing is a sport where you can continually improve and the right training is the best way to help realise your potential. I’m ready and waiting for you on the slopes in Kitzbühel (and surrounding area) to help take your skiing to the next level and achieve your goals, whatever they may be.
My name is Sofia Jedebäck, I started skiing at age 4 in a Swedish ski resort, I have loved skiing and outdoor life ever since. I have now done over 20 seasons in Kitzbühel, it is like a second home to me. I have also spent winter seasons in Mt. Hotham, Australia (where I mainly taught snowboarding) and skied Vail, Colorado and many other places in The Alps only to keep returning to Kitzbühel.
I finished with exams in 2008, yet I still have a passion to get better and improve. I really enjoy spring skiing and always get up for the first lift to ski powder or enjoy a quiet first run on piste. I absolutely love being in the mountains and working with people and showing them the thrill and beauty of snowsports.
My name is Sam Tomlin-Kedge, I am the Head Trainer at e3 Ski Academy. Originally from the Cotswolds, I've spent the last 9 years in the snowsports industry and have been doing the 'double winter' in Falls Creek, Australia.
I've been lucky enough to ski all over the world including Japan, France, Switzerland, Canada, Australia and of course my favourite, Kitzbühel in Austria. I am a fully qualified APSI Level 4 ski instructor and race coach. I have also taken the famous Austrian Staatlicher exam.
The majority of my ski career has been spent at the Austrian Bundessportheim (National Ski Academy) where I was a trainer and race coach. This enabled me to push myself surrounded by some of the best skiers in Austria. During this time I learned to speak fluent German and realised that if you really push yourself, you are capable of truly incredible things....
Servus! My name is Manfred Hofer and I am a Kitzbühel local. Growing up in the mountains has given me a love of the outdoors and I'm a passionate paraglider and family man.
As element3 Ski School Director the winter is always very exciting for me and I love the energy and buzz of the ski school.
Originally a ski instructor myself I am qualified as a Staatlicher Skilehrer and Skiführer.
'My name's Josh, I began skiing as a kid before moving onto snowboarding during my Teens. I spent 3 winter seasons in Morzine, France where I refound my love of skiing before deciding to become a snowsports instructor. I trained with the British system for both skiing and snowboarding so that I could work at a snow dome in the UK. A friend recommended skiing in Austria and have now spent 2 full years here.
